Organized by M800 Limited, the International Inbound Services Forum (IISF) 2011 was held in Hong Kong from December 5 - 7. The meeting of top international telecommunications carriers attracted industry professionals from more than 16 countries, including Argentina, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, and Vietnam.

Call Centre and Customer Management Expo 2011 is UK's largest event for its industry, which opened its doors on October 11 & 12, at London Olympia.

The 19th WBA Roundtable Conference and Wi-Fi Ecosystem Conference was organized in Paris from June 20-22, 2011 by The Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA), a pioneer in global Wireless Broadband roaming for public Wi-Fi Networks.
